Being Part of One Another
The first and most important relationship in your life is with yourself and often it is overlooked. If it is not positive then none of your other relationships will be positive either. We spend more time daily communicating with ourselves consciously or unconsciously.
The first step in creating a positive relationship with yourself is to begin to love yourself unconditionally. Stop right now with the negative self-talk and become more gentle with and accepting of yourself.
It doesn't matter what your career is or what business you have; the strength of your relationships will determine the level of your success. You can live without a sister or brother, but you cannot live without a friend. We are always in relationships, keep them positive by nourishing them.
Life is made rich through our relationships.

Let the Sun Shine In
Are you the kind of person who lets rainy days and Mondays get you down?
Psychologists say that prolonged bad weather can lead to depression and dampen your enthusiasm, leaving you feeling blue. They call this condition Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD for short.
I'm no psychologist, but it occurs to me that both the disorder and the cure are in the mind. If the sky is black and the rain won't stop, grab a philosophical umbrella and let the sun figuratively shine in. You can shop if you like to shop, spend time with friends who are fun to be with, or curl up with a good book.
Whatever you do, if you do it with a sunny attitude inside, you can beat the weather outside. You will suffer from JOY instead of SAD.
Joy comes from within!
