Release Your Past

To often the experiences from your past can cause negative emotions that affect all areas of your life. These negative emotions can put you into a repetitive pattern, a loop, similar to a computer programs “Do While” loop that when a particular condition is met a certain code (path) is taken until that condition is no longer met. When the same negative emotion tied to a memory is visited over and over, the same result will be experienced and you will go through it again and again, never ending, never able to completely move forward.

Becoming stuck in this repetitive pattern of emotions can eventually cause fear, illness, anger (etc), in your body and areas of your life (relationships, career, etc). By neutralizing these negative emotions you will be able to move into a place of happiness, peace and abundance.

So, “how do you do this?” It is very simple actually. Since many of life’s experiences cause negative emotions, take a look at this list of parameters. Are there any memories and negative emotions that you can connect to one or more or even all of these?

1. Bad relationships.
2. Being bullied.
3. Being abused (physically, emotionally, verbally, sexually).
4. Being mugged, attacked or stolen from.
5. Fights in school or anything similar.
6. Experiences that impacted your confidence or feelings of safety.
7. Any bad sexual experiences.
8. Any serious illnesses from the past.

Many of life’s experiences fit into these main parameters and need to be cleared.

Read each one and make a list of people, places, or things that have caused an emotional upset for you. Go back as far as you can remember.

Next, after using the free PSTEC click tracks begin to do the forgiveness work on each, one at a time, by saying out loud “I offer you forgiveness and love” pause, say “I receive forgiveness and love back” pause and feel it. If you feel any resistance, it’s ok, go back and run through the PSTEC click track again, then return to this step. Repeat until you have cleared all the negativity and attachment out.
