To often the experiences from your past can cause negative emotions that affect all areas of your life. These negative emotions can put you into a repetitive pattern, a loop, similar to a computer programs “Do While” loop that when a particular condition is met a certain code (path) is taken until that condition is no longer met. When the same negative emotion tied to a memory is visited over and over, the same result will be experienced and you will go through it again and again, never ending, never able to completely move forward.
Becoming stuck in this repetitive pattern of emotions can eventually cause fear, illness, anger (etc), in your body and areas of your life (relationships, career, etc). By neutralizing these negative emotions you will be able to move into a place of happiness, peace and abundance.
So, “how do you do this?” It is very simple actually. Since many of life’s experiences cause negative emotions, take a look at this list of parameters. Are there any memories and negative emotions that you can connect to one or more or even all of these?
1. Bad relationships.
2. Being bullied.
3. Being abused (physically, emotionally, verbally, sexually).
4. Being mugged, attacked or stolen from.
5. Fights in school or anything similar.
6. Experiences that impacted your confidence or feelings of safety.
7. Any bad sexual experiences.
8. Any serious illnesses from the past.
Many of life’s experiences fit into these main parameters and need to be cleared.
Read each one and make a list of people, places, or things that have caused an emotional upset for you. Go back as far as you can remember.
Now that you have your list, download your FREE PSTEC Self Help System that will free you from those unwanted emotions and feelings. Here is the link: http://www.pstecaudiosource.org/pstec/?aff_id=1411
Next, after using the free PSTEC click tracks begin to do the forgiveness work on each, one at a time, by saying out loud “I offer you forgiveness and love” pause, say “I receive forgiveness and love back” pause and feel it. If you feel any resistance, it’s ok, go back and run through the PSTEC click track again, then return to this step. Repeat until you have cleared all the negativity and attachment out.
The next step is to begin to create a new belief system. Contact me and I will show you how to do this using positive statements.
Now that you have transitioned yourself into a higher place, you can begin to move forward into a life of happiness, peace and abundance.

Tina Marie

Practice Forgiveness Daily
Forgiveness ~ an attitude and act that is vital to our well-being.
Begin each day with forgiveness of self & others.
Forgiveness of self is the most difficult task of all because you become aware of your failings and you are your worst critic.
Because we are human, we have weaknesses and make our share of mistakes. Be aware of this and work at overcoming them, which at times will not be easy.
It is important to forgive, so attempt it, this forgiveness of self and others every day. It is a 3-fold process, forgive yourself, forgive those you have hurt and forgive those you have hurt you. It doesn't mean picking up the phone or writing a letter to the person. The love energy you sincerely put into it is enough.
Hooponopono daily forgiveness meditation:
I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Follow up with love and compassion on each person and fill yourself up on love. God, Spirit, Divine, Universe, Higher Power (whatever you believe) will set free you free.

Ocean of Life
As I read through entries in my journal from this year I saw the lessons I have learned and have grown so much from.
I have been through the ocean of life. The swells to see eternity and the lack of motion that just keeps you afloat in the “stuckedness” of life.
While in the “stuckedness” each time I have lost a piece of myself, a piece of my soul. From this place I pray and meditate, asking Spirit what is this bridge I am having trouble crossing in life?
My answer: I must be in the center of Love, the center of my heart, where I am free of expectation and regret, free of ambition, embarrassment, and judgment, free of fear and worry. To be in a place of grace that gives peace.
So I choose to walk across the bridge, the threshold that sets me free into a new level of enlightenment through forgiveness of myself and others, allowing more love and compassion to enter my heart.
We all are in the ocean of life, we grow by taking back what we have lost and moving forward in life by allowing more and more love into ourselves and then we can radiate it out to all beings, all creation.
Shanti,
Tina

Simple Meditation
Journeys of lifelong evolution often begin simply. No matter how complex the goal or desire we have nurtured in our souls, the first steps we take are nearly always basic and uncomplicated. Navel meditation, a creation of the Taoist tradition and the oldest form of meditation recognized in China and India, is a simple practice suitable for those experienced in the art of meditation, yet it is also a wonderful introductory meditation for novices. It utilizes the natural rhythms of the breath and the regular movement of the abdomen as a means to focus awareness and rid oneself of extraneous thoughts. As you concentrate on the breath, the chaos within reveals itself, allowing you to gently train your mind to accept stillness as its natural state.
To begin, assume a comfortable and natural seated position either cross-legged on a cushion on the floor or on a chair with your legs facing forward. Maintaining an upright, balanced posture will ensure that you are physically centered and prevent fatigue. Close your eyes and relax your body gradually, starting at the toes and ending at the crown of the head. Take a moment to note any physical sensations you are feeling, such as the hardness of the floor under your legs or the weight of a piece of jewelry. When you are relaxed, breathe through the nose at your natural pace. With each inhalation, draw air deep into the abdomen, allowing the area surrounding your navel to rise and fall. Gradually focus your attention on the sensations caused by the inhalation and exhalation of breath. Feel the air flowing in and out of the nostrils as well as the expansion and contraction of the abdomen. If you find it difficult to concentrate on both sensations, concentrate only on the movement of the navel area.
As you endeavor to commune with the breath, you may notice that your mind strays. When this occurs, do not attach any significance to your thoughts. Simply bring your attention back to the flow of air into and out of your body and the rise and fall of your navel. Eventually, the torrent of mental noise flooding your mind will slow to a trickle, and you will learn to control the current of your thoughts until you are no longer at the mercy of your reactions. The more you practice this meditation, daily if possible, the more you will be able to get back to this relaxed state easily throughout your day.

Taking Time for Yourself
sModern life compels us to rush. Because we feel pressured to make the most of our time each day, the activities that sustain us, rejuvenate us, and help us evolve are often the first to be sacrificed when we are in a hurry or faced with a new obligation. It is important we remember that there is more to life than achieving success, making money, and even caring for others. Your spiritual needs should occupy an important spot on your list of priorities. Each task you undertake and each relationship you nurture draws from the wellspring of your spiritual vitality. Taking the time to engage in spiritually fulfilling activities replenishes that well and readies you to face another day. Making time for the activities that contribute to your spiritual growth has little to do with being selfish and everything to do with your well-being. Regularly taking the time to focus on your soul’s needs ensures that you are able to nurture yourself, spend time with your thoughts, experience tranquility, and expand your spiritual boundaries.
It is easy to avoid using our free moments for spiritual enrichment. There is always something seemingly more pressing that needs to be done. Many people feel guilty when they use their free time to engage in pursuits where they are focusing on themselves because they feel as if they are neglecting their family or their work. To make time for yourself, it may be necessary to say no to people’s requests or refuse to take on extra responsibilities. Scheduling fifteen or thirty minutes of time each day for your spiritual needs can make you feel tranquil, give you more energy and allows you to feel more in touch with the universe. Writing in a journal, meditating, studying the words of wise women and men, and engaging in other spiritual practices can help you make the most of this time.
Making time to nurture your spirit may require that you sacrifice other, less vital activities. The more time you commit to soul-nurturing activities, the happier and more relaxed you will become. The time you devote to enriching your spirit will rejuvenate you and help you create a more restful life

Healing Your Hurt by Helping Others
Pain is a fact of being and one that permeates all of our lives to some degree. Since the hurt we feel may be a part of the experiences that have touched us most deeply, we are often loathe to let it go. It is frequently easier to keep our pain at our sides, where it acts as a shield that shelters us from others and gives us an identity, that of victim, from which we can draw bitter strength. However, pains universality can also empower us to use our hurt to help others heal. Since no pain is any greater or more profound than any other, what you feel can give you the ability to help bring about the recovery of individuals whose hurts are both similar to and vastly different from your own. You can channel your pain into transformative and healing love that aids you in helping individuals on a one-to-one basis and spreading a tide of curative energy throughout the world.
The capacity to heal others evolves naturally within those who are ready to disassociate themselves from their identity as victims. In fact, the simple decision to put aside the pain we have carried is what grants us the strength to redeem that pain through service. There are many ways to use the hurt you feel to help others. Your pain gives you a unique insight into the minds of people who have experienced trauma and heartache. You can draw from the wellspring of strength that allowed you to emerge on the other side of a painful experience and pass that strength to individuals still suffering from their wounds. You may be able to council individuals in need by showing them the coping methods that have helped you survive or simply by offering sympathy. A kinship can develop that allows you to relate more closely with those you are trying to aid and comfort.
Helping others can be a restorative experience that makes your own heart grow stronger. In channeling your pain into compassionate service and watching others successfully recover, you may feel a sense of euphoria that leads to increased feelings of self-worth and optimism. Your courageous decision to reach out to others can be the best way to declare to yourself and the world that your pain didn't defeat you, and in fact it helped you heal.

Love After Pain
How do we feel the pain of living without denying it and without letting it define us?
No matter what the burden you carry (cancer, abuse, depression, addiction…) we have to face the choice to become the pain, live in it or to be healed. When you choose to be healed you are not staying in the bitterness or the vengefulness, where the hate will eat your heart up. Be set free from the pain and stop living life life with a damaged heart.
This weeks mediation is on moving into love after pain.
Center yourself. Think of someone you admire who is still loving despite the pain they have experienced.
Breathe in slowly and open your heart to the wisdom of their being.
Breathe deeply now and let your heart-breath wash over your own pain, feel the pain soften and wash away with each breath as love moves in.
Do as often as you like and be transformed from your heart.
Namaste,
Tina

How to Avoid Taking on Energy of Others
Have you ever felt a discomfort from being around certain individuals or groups of people? May be spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. Each of us radiates energy and is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don’t unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover and practice the technique that works best.
There are many ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy. Creating a shield to protect yourself from taking on any negative energy from other people or situations is one way. Center yourself and envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving and protective white light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield yourself is all you need for this to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word and the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Sage, cold showers, singing, Om-ing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this.
While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love, and the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.

The Secret of Surrender
Most of us were raised and live in a culture that emphasizes the ideals of independence and control. The general idea is that we are on our own and we don’t need any help from anyone else, and if we are really successful it’s because we are in complete control. However, true lasting success comes only with surrender, which is the opposite of control. We cannot accomplish anything truly great on our own, without any help, and the idea that we can is an illusion that causes most of us a great deal of suffering. Surrender comes when we see that illusion and let go of trying to attain the impossible. Surrender can then be seen as a great strength rather than a weakness.
Even small moments of surrender are powerful indicators of how different our lives could be if we would only let go. We’ve all had the experience of extending huge amounts of effort and energy to reach a particular goal only to realize that we can’t make it happen after all. At the moment of letting go, realizing that we need to ask for help or simply release our agenda entirely, a profound feeling of relief may rush over us. This warm, open sensation is the essence of surrender, and if we didn’t feel that we didn’t really let go. But it is never too late to let go, even of things in the past that didn’t work out the way we wanted them to, because surrender is always an option in every moment of our lives.
When we finally do surrender, our goals actually become possible, because the act of surrender is, in essence, asking for the help we need. This help may come in the form of other human beings or unseen helpers such as angels or inner guides. It may also come in the form of shifting circumstances, the small miracles that we call grace.

Love, Give and Receive Unconditionally
Giving and receiving unconditional love needs to become as basic to us as breathing in and out. The heart is the center of our circulation system where energy is transformed and carbon dioxide and oxygen are exchanged. Nothing happens without the other so if we wish to be loved, the best action we can take is to give love, like attracts like.
By turning our focus toward giving love to others, we open ourselves to receive love. A big challenge we face is being able to truly love those we may not even like or those whom we consider to be enemies. The honest expression of love can transform animosity into friendship, hatred into love, and threat into support. In the process, we need to also remember to love ourselves.
Be open to allow love to flow to you and through you. Open your heart to all, without conditions. Give and receive unconditional love. Send love out to your family, to your community, to the world. Offer your love to those who you consider your enemies so they can become your friends. Send love to yourself - to your body, mind and spirit. Accept yourself unconditionally in all your magnificence. Breathe in love, breathe out love. Love will fill you with its joy and support. You will be nurtured in unconditional love. Let go of the loneliness and let yourself be bathed in the precious agape love.

Allow Nature to Work
We all see things about ourselves, our relationships, and our world that we want to change. Sometimes this desire leads us to take action to do the inner work that we need to do and we Then we wake up to a momentous shift to find that change has happened, seemingly without us. This can feel like a miracle as we suddenly see that our self-esteem really does seem to be intact, or our partner actually is helping out around the house more. We may even wonder whether all of our hard work had anything to do with it, or if it just happened by way of grace.
As humans, we can have short attention spans, and we can easily lose track of time. We may worry about a seedling in a pot with our constant attention and watering for several weeks only to find ourselves enjoying the blooms it offers and wondering when that happened, and how we didn't notice it. Nature, on the other hand, has infinite patience and stays with a thing all the way through its life. This doesn't mean that our efforts play no part in the miracle of change, they do. It's just that they are one small part of the picture that finally results in the flowering of a plant, the shifting of a relationship, the softening of our hearts.
The same laws that govern the growth of plants oversee our own internal and external changes. We observe, consider, work, and wonder, tilling the soil of our lives, planting seeds, and tending them. Sometimes the hard part is knowing when to stop and let go, handing it over to the universe. Usually this happens by way of distraction or disruption, our attention being called away to other more pressing concerns. And it is often at these times, when we are not looking, in the silence of nature's embrace, that the miracle of change happens.
Allow and embrace the change.

Sitting With Our Sadness
The last thing most of us want to hear or think about when we are dealing with feelings of sadness is that a deep learning can be found from it. In the center of our pain, we often feel overwhelmed by a loss, disappointed and angry, or simply too exhausted to try and examine the situation. We may not want to look for anything resembling a bright side to our suffering or to hear the only way out of it is through it. By sitting through our sadness we can allow ourselves to move through the grieving process with full inner permission to experience it and to have the ability to surrender and accept it.
There is a great lesson sadness will teach you, it is to have compassion for others who are in pain, because it is only in feeling our own pain that we can really understand and allow for someone else's. While our own individual experiences of sadness have unique lessons, what we learn is universal. The wisdom we gain from going through the process of feeling loss, heartbreak, or deep disappointment gives us access to the heart of humanity and a greater awareness.
