How do we feel the pain of living without denying it and without letting it define us?
No matter what the burden you carry (cancer, abuse, depression, addiction…) we have to face the choice to become the pain, live in it or to be healed. When you choose to be healed you are not staying in the bitterness or the vengefulness, where the hate will eat your heart up. Be set free from the pain and stop living life life with a damaged heart.
This weeks mediation is on moving into love after pain.
Center yourself. Think of someone you admire who is still loving despite the pain they have experienced.
Breathe in slowly and open your heart to the wisdom of their being.
Breathe deeply now and let your heart-breath wash over your own pain, feel the pain soften and wash away with each breath as love moves in.
Do as often as you like and be transformed from your heart.
