Forgiveness ~ an attitude and act that is vital to our well-being.
Begin each day with forgiveness of self & others.
Forgiveness of self is the most difficult task of all because you become aware of your failings and you are your worst critic.
Because we are human, we have weaknesses and make our share of mistakes. Be aware of this and work at overcoming them, which at times will not be easy.
It is important to forgive, so attempt it, this forgiveness of self and others every day. It is a 3-fold process, forgive yourself, forgive those you have hurt and forgive those you have hurt you. It doesn't mean picking up the phone or writing a letter to the person. The love energy you sincerely put into it is enough.

Follow up with love and compassion on each person and fill yourself up on love. God, Spirit, Divine, Universe, Higher Power (whatever you believe) will set free you free.
